Greenville Industrial District

Greenville Industrial District is the primary industrial area in northwest Greenville. It provides access and egress to three major highways, U.S. Hwy 380, U.S. Hwy 69, and Texas Hwy 66. Park West is just 4 miles from IH-30, via Texas FM 1570 or U.S. Hwy 69.

Parcels are owned by both the Greenville EDC and private individuals, but all are available for development. GEDC parcels are offered at low-cost, but are always negotiable based upon the specifics of the project. Properties owned by private individuals are also reasonably priced. Depending on project parameters of total investment and jobs, the GEDC would consider buying down portions of land as part of a customized incentive package.

Greenville Industrial District is adjacent to or served by both Blacklands Rail and RailAmerica DGNO. KCS Rail Line runs just north of the U.S. Hwy 380 border.

Major companies already located in Park West include Cytec Engineered Materials, Masonite, RockTenn, Weatherford, CNH Global, Fritz Industries, AB Mauri, Atrium Extrusion Systems, Jarden Products, FSTI, and others.
